Roxanne Guinoo: Sexiness, Charm, and Talent Combined

There’s more to looks than meets the eye. The same can be said for the beautiful
and sensual Roxanne Guinoo.

Roxanne Guinoo grew up in Rosario, Cavite. She was born on February 14, 1986,
to Ana Bosch and Bernardo Guinoo. She was living a simple life back there, finishing
her elementary studies in Saint Joseph College and high school in Atheneum Amcan
School. In 2003, she took up her Psychology studies in De La Salle University
in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

Roxanne is known to be the youngest among 4 girls. Because of this, she was
often under strict disciplinary measures implemented by her parents as well
as her older sisters. She wasn’t allowed to go out for dates or to travel
alone. Moreover, all her phone calls were properly screened. All these, though,
didn’t stop her in pursuing her life-long dream: to become an actress.

Rhian Ramos

There’s definitely such a thing as serendipity, especially when your talent
will tell you that you’re cut out for something. That’s how Rhian Ramos
found herself into the limelight.

Rhian Denise Ramos Howell was of Welsh-Filipino descent who was born in Makati
City on October 3, 1990. Her father, Gareth, is a Welsh who worked in a manufacturing
company in Thailand. Her mother, on the other hand, is Clara Ramos, a Bicolana.

loved to entertain her family during special gatherings. It was also her knack
for singing and acting that prompted her to audition for a role in a school
play, while she was still in De La Salle Zobel, where she finished her elementary

When she was 15, Rhian tried her luck in modeling. Her determination didn’t
prove to be in vain, though, because she landed a very important role in a McDonald’s
commercial. So striking was her personality that Annette Gozon, a movie producer,
really tried to reach her and convinced Rhian to try her luck in show business.

Rosanna Roces

No other Filipino actress has donned the controversy cloak quite like Rosanna
Roces. Her life off screen is perhaps just as dramatic and colorful as her on
screen portrayals in more than 30 movies and TV shows.

Controversy has dogged Rosanna’s career from the start. She was after all
the queen of titillating films predominant in the 1990s. Seiko Films introduced
her to the masses as Ana Maceda in movies like Nagbabagang Labi, Kirot 2, Di Mapigil
Ang Init, and Machete 2.

But it was her decision to move on to bigger and more complex but no less daring
roles that made the public pay attention to the performances of a certain Rosanna
Roces. Under Reyna Films, Rosanna brought to life morally gray characters that
grabbed the attention not only of the viewers but also those of critics.

The 1997 critically acclaimed Carlos Siguion-Reyna film Ligaya Ang Itawag Mo
Sa Akin gave Rosanna her first Gawad Urian Best Actress nomination. The following
year, she was again nominated in the same category for her lead role in Curacha:
Ang Babaeng Walang Pahinga.

Her hopes did not die down and her passion relives even after a serious blow
on her effort. A few years later, she auditioned once again to try her luck
and finally the door was opened for Pauleen. In 2002, she was introduced as
a member of Start Circle Batch 11 by ABS-CBN. In her two years of staying as
